We are currently hiring for a Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist to join SLA Worldwide!
This role supports our finance department by ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments within our airport hospitality operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately.
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for compliance.
- Prepare and process weekly payment runs (ACH/checks).
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end close activities as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or accounting support preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
