About the Role
SLA Worldwide is seeking a Part-Time Admin Assistant to support a curated portfolio of culturally rooted brands, including HBCU News, Lily Palmer Flower Company, and 1920 Merch.

This role is ideal for someone who understands and appreciates HBCU excellence and community-driven storytelling, including familiarity with Black Greek life and culturally inspired retail. You’ll help shape product assortments that reflect heritage, pride, and lifestyle relevance across multiple brands.

What You’ll Do
  • Source and manage vendors and product lines
  • Curate culturally relevant assortments across brands
  • Track sales and identify reorder opportunities
  • Support seasonal drops and product launches
  • Build strong vendor relationships
Who You Are
  • Experience in retail buying, merchandising, or sourcing
  • Strong eye for product and cultural relevance
  • Organized and able to manage multiple brands
  • Strong communication and vendor relationship skills
  • Passion for HBCU culture, culturally rooted brands, and lifestyle retail

Preferred Experience & Cultural Familiarity
We especially encourage candidates with familiarity or interest in:
  • HBCU culture, traditions, and campus life
  • Black Greek life and Divine Nine organizations
  • Cultural merchandise, storytelling, or heritage-inspired retail
  • Shopify, POS systems, or inventory management tools
  • Independent or emerging brand development

  • $22–$23/hr (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Part-time (20–30 hours per week)
  • Flexible schedule within role scope
