About the Role
SLA Worldwide is seeking a Part-Time Admin Assistant to support a curated portfolio of culturally rooted brands, including HBCU News, Lily Palmer Flower Company, and 1920 Merch.
This role is ideal for someone who understands and appreciates HBCU excellence and community-driven storytelling, including familiarity with Black Greek life and culturally inspired retail. You’ll help shape product assortments that reflect heritage, pride, and lifestyle relevance across multiple brands.
What You’ll Do
- Source and manage vendors and product lines
- Curate culturally relevant assortments across brands
- Track sales and identify reorder opportunities
- Support seasonal drops and product launches
- Build strong vendor relationships
Who You Are
- Experience in retail buying, merchandising, or sourcing
- Strong eye for product and cultural relevance
- Organized and able to manage multiple brands
- Strong communication and vendor relationship skills
- Passion for HBCU culture, culturally rooted brands, and lifestyle retail
Preferred Experience & Cultural Familiarity
We especially encourage candidates with familiarity or interest in:
- HBCU culture, traditions, and campus life
- Black Greek life and Divine Nine organizations
- Cultural merchandise, storytelling, or heritage-inspired retail
- Shopify, POS systems, or inventory management tools
- Independent or emerging brand development

- $22–$23/hr (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Part-time (20–30 hours per week)
- Flexible schedule within role scope
