SLA is an airport hospitality vendor specializing in retail and food & beverage operations within airport environments. As our portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a Compliance & Administration Manager to ensure all airport locations operate in full alignment with regulatory, financial, operational, and landlord requirements.
About the Role
This role is critical in maintaining structure, accountability, and compliance across all BNA airport units. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance & Administration Manager to oversee airport compliance, audits, certifications, cash controls, inventory standards, and administrative governance.
This position serves as the central point of accountability for ensuring SLA meets all airport authority requirements, financial controls, and internal operational standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly structured, and comfortable working across Operations, HR, Finance, and external airport authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee airport compliance, certifications, and audit requirements
- Monitor cash handling, deposits, and POS variances
- Support inventory control and resolve discrepancies
- Track audit results and ensure corrective actions are completed
- Manage compliance reporting and administrative tracking systems
- Support merchant services issues including chargebacks and disputes
- Serve as a liaison with airport authorities as needed
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in compliance, airport operations, hospitality management, finance controls, or administration
- Strong understanding of airport authority compliance, food safety, alcohol regulations, and HR documentation
- Experience with cash handling, deposits, and variance investigation required
- Familiarity with POS systems (Clover preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and external authorities
- Proficiency with reporting tools and compliance tracking systems
