We are currently hiring for a Part-Time Procurement Specialist to join SLA Worldwide!
This role supports our Supply Chain and Operations team by assisting with purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services for our airport hospitality locations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with purchase order creation and tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Review pricing, invoices, and contract terms for accuracy.
- Support inventory and supply needs across airport locations.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Help identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic systems navigation.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
