About the Role

SLA Worldwide is seeking a Part-Time Admin Assistant to support a curated portfolio of culturally rooted brands, including HBCU News, Lily Palmer Flower Company, and 1920 Merch.

This role is ideal for someone who understands and appreciates HBCU excellence and community-driven storytelling, including familiarity with Black Greek life and culturally inspired retail. You’ll help shape product assortments that reflect heritage, pride, and lifestyle relevance across multiple brands.

What You’ll Do

Source and manage vendors and product lines
Curate culturally relevant assortments across brands
Track sales and identify reorder opportunities
Support seasonal drops and product launches
Build strong vendor relationships

Who You Are

Experience in retail buying, merchandising, or sourcing
Strong eye for product and cultural relevance
Organized and able to manage multiple brands
Strong communication and vendor relationship skills
Passion for HBCU culture, culturally rooted brands, and lifestyle retail

Preferred Experience & Cultural Familiarity

We especially encourage candidates with familiarity or interest in:

HBCU culture, traditions, and campus life
Black Greek life and Divine Nine organizations
Cultural merchandise, storytelling, or heritage-inspired retail
Shopify, POS systems, or inventory management tools
Independent or emerging brand development

$22–$23/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Part-time (20–30 hours per week)
